Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams *Join our team!* We are hiring a **PROCESS AUTOMATION/ANALYST** on a standard shift. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Evaluate robotic welding line projects via simulation in Process Simulate software, including trajectory definition, robot quantity determination, and accessibility analysis for weld regions; * Conduct studies to ensure proper access to all welding points, proposing improvements and modifications to fixtures—and, when necessary, to the product design itself; * All analyses must aim to enable safe metal component welding while ensuring the shortest possible cycle time and the leanest, most efficient welding line configuration; * Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Proven experience using Process Simulate/CAD software; * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with proven experience using Process Simulate software; * Prior experience in the automotive sector, familiar with industry standards and requirements; * Willingness to travel and work on-site, along with strong time management, organizational skills, and adherence to deadlines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office for preparing reports, analyses, and technical presentations. ***PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:*** * English language proficiency is considered a plus. ***BENEFITS:*** * Transportation allowance (VT) or fuel assistance; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance plan at R$75 per month (co-payment based; deductions apply only upon usage); * Dental insurance plan at R$19.90 per month; * Wellhub (Gympass); * SESC membership; * Pharmacy discount; * One free general practitioner consultation per month; * One free psychologist consultation per month; * Discounts at clinical laboratories.
