Assist in food inventory control A collective meal service company is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Betim. **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation according to recipes and instructions from the cook or head chef. Perform food pre-preparation tasks, such as cutting, washing, peeling, and sorting ingredients. Assist in organizing and cleaning the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. Assist in controlling food and supply inventory, verifying expiration dates and available quantities. Position based in Betim / MG. Previous experience as Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
