Job Summary: A professional responsible for daily monitoring of production materials, tracking criticality, coordinating deliveries, and proactively preventing line stoppages. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in an industrial environment, preferably automotive **Responsibilities:** * Perform daily monitoring of production materials according to the priority list and release schedules established by Central Logistics; * Monitor material criticality on-site relative to the MPS, assessing short-term impacts and aligning receiving strategies with Central Logistics; * Track the list of critical materials with cutting suppliers, ensuring visibility of delivery timelines, volumes, and supply risks; * Coordinate the arrival of inputs with production schedulers, ensuring alignment between physical receipt and line requirements; * Conduct assessments of critical materials directly with production schedulers and production areas, identifying risks of shortages or overstocking; * Identify requirements for requesting inputs, services, and products, flagging materials in alert status to the PCP team for preventive actions; * Support decision-making by providing up-to-date information on material status, criticality, and operational constraints; * Proactively prevent line stoppages caused by material shortages, adhering to inter-departmental workflows and responsibilities. **We are looking for someone with:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the automotive sector; * Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP; * Ability to analyze data, KPIs, and make results-oriented decisions.
