Job Summary: Work as an Expedition Assistant at a freight transportation company, performing issuance, analysis, and validation of fiscal documents, as well as supporting operational routines. Key Highlights: 1. Issuance and validation of fiscal documents (CT-es, MDF-es, NF-es) 2. Support to the tax team and continuous process improvement 3. Monitoring of fiscal documents with SEFAZ Expedition Assistant Company: JPM Transportation Company Employment Type: Permanent \- CLT Work Location \- Betim/MG REQUIREMENTS: Experience in freight transportation companies Completed high school education Technical course in logistics or ongoing undergraduate studies preferred **Main Responsibilities:** * Issue CT\-es and MDF\-es in compliance with current legislation, validating fiscal and tax information according to operation type and customer; * Analyze and validate NF\-es data for proper linkage to transport documents; * Ensure correct application of ICMS taxation on transportation services, considering each customer's tax regime; * Monitor the authorization status of fiscal documents with SEFAZ and perform adjustments or cancellations within legal deadlines; * Support the tax team in aligning information and processes related to transport documentation. * Prepare and manage expedition reports, performance indicators, and departmental metrics. * Ensure digital and physical archiving of issued documents, in accordance with legal requirements. * Communicate with customers and internal departments to align fiscal and operational information. * Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics processes and issuance systems. * Provide support, when necessary, in expedition operational routines such as cargo verification, route planning, and DACTE issuance.
