Description
**Responsibilities and Tasks of the Role**
Work on cost development for direct materials and tooling investments for **Chassis Suspension** components, using *Activity-Based Costing* methodology, supporting strategic decisions from development through to series production.
Support Engineering in **Design to Cost** during vehicle development;
Develop *Should Cost* using a bottom-up approach;
Support Procurement in supplier negotiations (gap analysis and cost breakdown);
Assess impacts of engineering changes;
Identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction;
Conduct global benchmarking and comparative analyses.
**Mandatory Requirements**
Minimum 2 years of experience (production, quality, costs, or processes);
Knowledge of **Steel Stamping and Welding** (progressive presses, transfer presses, tandem presses, weld line definition);
Knowledge of **Aluminum and Cast Iron Casting** (Gravity, LPDC, HPDC, sand casting) and CNC machining;
Analytical, curious, persistent profile with negotiation skills

Compensation: R$3.500,00 - R$6.000,00 per month
