Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Industrial Boilermakers skilled in the fabrication and assembly of industrial metal structures, with advanced proficiency in technical drawings and layout of complex components. Strong culture of safety, organization, and technical standards **Position: Boilermaker** **Location:** Factory and Construction Sites **Employment Type:** On-site We are hiring **Industrial Boilermakers** with **advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings**, for fabrication and assembly of industrial metal structures. ⚠ Attention: This position is NOT intended for maintenance boilermakers or those performing simple assembly only. We seek professionals with practical industrial boiler-making training, capable of fabricating complex components directly from drawings—including gooseneck bends, advanced layout, and detailed technical interpretation. Responsibilities * Reading, interpreting, and executing **advanced-level technical drawings** (views, sections, construction details, dimensions, tolerances, and assembly sequence); * **Layout, marking, forming, and assembly** of industrial metal structures; * Fabrication of **gooseneck bends, transitions, and rolled components**, per project specifications; * Rigorous dimensional inspection and component adjustments; * Operation of hand and power tools (grinders, sanders, angle grinders, etc.); * Support for welding assembly, ensuring precise technical alignment of assemblies; * Strict adherence to safety, quality, and PPE usage regulations; * For Boilermaker II and III: Technical support, guidance, and validation of work performed by less-experienced personnel. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Vocational training in Boiler Making; * **Reading and interpreting technical drawings – ADVANCED level (elimination criterion);** * Proficiency in **layout and fabrication from drawings**, not just assembly; * Knowledge of metrology (tape measure, caliper, square, level, etc.); * Proven experience in **industrial boiler making and metal structures**; * Commitment to safety, quality, and deadline compliance; * Availability for on-site work at factory and/or construction sites. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **heavy industrial construction projects**; * Knowledge of welding techniques applied to assembly; * Experience serving as a technical reference or operational leader (Boilermaker III). **We Offer** * Structured industrial environment; * Involvement in technically complex industrial projects; * Technical career progression plan (**Boilermaker I → II → III**); * Strong culture of safety, organization, and technical standards. **Selection Process** **Theoretical**, **behavioral**, and **practical test** assessing reading, interpretation, and execution based on technical drawings.
