We are seeking a **Junior Integrated Management Technician** to support audits, development of action plans, training, and updating of GSI indicators. We’re looking for someone organized, collaborative, and eager to grow in the field of Integrated Safety Management. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct internal audits; * Develop and create action plans; * Create and review Integrated Safety Management (GSI) documents; * Deliver GSI-related training; * Update departmental statistics and indicators; * Develop procedures and work instructions; * Support process improvement implementation. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Completed technical education in Quality or Environmental Management; * Experience with Integrated Management Systems; * Advantage: prior experience with ISO standards; * Knowledge of quality tools: lean manufacturing, 5S, and action plans; **Benefits that value you entirely** At TSEA Energia, we believe valuing people means building an environment of well-being, belonging, and balance.
