Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst/Controllership professional to manage and control financial routines, with strong expertise in cost management and controllership, supporting the executive board in decision-making. Refracont is a company located in Juatuba/MG, specializing in the manufacturing of ceramic fiber blankets, and we are looking for a professional to work as \*Financial Analyst / Controllership\*. **Position Description:** We seek a Senior Financial Analyst to work directly with the executive board, responsible for managing and controlling the company's financial routines, with strong expertise in cost management and controllership. This professional will play a strategic role in supporting decision-making, ensuring organization, reliability of information, and efficiency of financial processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and execute accounts payable and accounts receivable routines * Monitor and control cash flow (actual and projected) * Conduct cost analysis and control, identifying opportunities for improvement and expense reduction * Support the controllership area with managerial reports and financial KPIs * Prepare financial reports to support the executive board in decision-making * Issue invoices (products and/or services), ensuring operational compliance * Monitor deadlines, organize payments, and ensure the company's financial health * Develop and improve internal financial processes * Work autonomously and analytically, reporting directly to the director Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Financial Management, or related fields; Minimum 1 year of experience in the finance area;Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable;Practical knowledge of invoice issuance;Analytical, organized profile with a strong sense of responsibility;Ability to work directly with the executive board;Experience in cost control and controllership routines. Proactivity and Commitment; Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM.
