Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks** ----------------------------------------- * Support activities related to the development and validation of automotive components; * Diagnose issues related to automotive air-conditioning system components; * Conduct technical analyses, prepare engineering documentation, and monitor projects; * Interface with product, process, quality, and supplier teams; * Support assembly, interference, and vehicle integration analyses; * Participate in virtual and physical component validations; * Support the technical team in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving. **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * Recent Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (graduated within the last 2 years); * Advanced English proficiency; * Participation in Baja, Formula SAE, university competition teams, or relevant hands-on projects; * Interest in working in the automotive sector; * Analytical, proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills; * Availability for hybrid or on-site work; * Residence in the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Proficiency in CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks; * Extracurricular courses focused on automotive engineering; * Experience in scientific initiation or applied projects. **What We Offer** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Childcare assistance; * Maternity and Paternity leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible working hours.
