Main Responsibilities * Analyze shipping documents (invoice, packing list, AWB/BL) under the guidance of the immediate supervisor * Validate basic information such as NCM codes, taxation, and special regimes, escalating questions to the full or senior team * Assist in drafting Import Declarations (DI) in SISCOMEX/Single Portal, subject to review * Request funds and perform documentary verification * Register and track Import Licenses (LI), where applicable * Follow up on processes and keep customers informed about clearance status * Monitor customs parameterization and clearance procedures with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service * Update internal spreadsheets and systems related to customs clearance processes * Stay updated on fundamental foreign trade regulations and legislation Required Profile * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields * Basic knowledge of customs clearance procedures * Familiarity with the SISCOMEX system is desirable * Basic Excel proficiency Job Details Location: Betim/MG Work Schedule: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Work Model: Hybrid **Benefits** * Meal Allowance of BRL 41.00 per day * Food Allowance (not deducted during vacation) * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance * Parking Assistance * Pharmacy Allowance with discounts * Wellhub * Amil Health and Dental Insurance, with no monthly deduction * Support for courses, technical certifications, and language learning * Birthday Day Off * Life Insurance * Conexa Saúde (free consultations with psychologists and nutritionists) * Profit-Sharing Plan (PLR) * Partnerships with restaurants and service providers * Extended maternity and paternity leave
