Job Summary: Responsible for performing accounting routines with accuracy and technical responsibility, ensuring proper bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial closing. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Office Responsible for performing accounting routines with accuracy and technical responsibility, ensuring proper bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial closing for client companies, in compliance with current legislation. Main Responsibilities: Classification, journal entries, and accounting reconciliations. Bank reconciliation. Monthly and annual financial closing. Preparation of trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements (DRE). Issuance, organization, and control of accounting books. Support in calculating and filing ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, among others). Handling and supporting internal and external audits. Support in calculating accounting results. Requirements: Previous experience in this role or at an accounting firm. Proficiency in accounting routines (journal entries, reconciliations, trial balances, and financial result calculation). Knowledge of ECD and ECF. Experience with accounting systems (Domínio preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an intermediate level.
