Job Summary: Responsible for executing accounting routines with accuracy and technical accountability, ensuring proper bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial closing. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in accounting routines, including journal entries and reconciliations 2. Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office 3. Support in calculating and filing ancillary tax obligations Responsible for executing accounting routines with accuracy and technical accountability, ensuring proper bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial closing for client companies, in compliance with current legislation. Key Responsibilities: Classification, journal entries, and accounting reconciliations. Bank reconciliations. Monthly and annual financial closing. Preparation of trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements (DRE). Issuance, organization, and control of accounting books. Support in calculating and filing ancillary tax obligations (ECD, ECF, among others). Assistance and support during internal and external audits. Support in calculating accounting results. Requirements: Previous experience in this role or at an accounting firm. Proficiency in accounting routines (journal entries, reconciliations, trial balances, and result calculation). Knowledge of ECD and ECF. Experience with accounting systems (preferably Domínio). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate-level Excel skills.
