Experience in project management and supplier interface Project Analyst \- Value Optimization (Exterior Trim – Bumpers, Adhesives, Logos, Wheel Arch Liners, and Moving Parts) Affirmative action position for women You will be responsible for leading value optimization and cost reduction projects for exterior trim parts, managing proposals from technical development, planning, and feasibility analysis through implementation with suppliers and internal departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields * Experience in the automotive industry * Experience in project management and supplier interface * Proficiency in CATIA and/or NX **Desirable:** * Knowledge of CODEP and/or PLM * Postgraduate degree in Project Management * Intermediate English **Work model:** Hybrid – Betim/MG, 2 days per week onsite and remaining days remote.
