Job Summary: Operate overhead crane to handle steel coils, including loading and unloading, with constant communication with the checker. Key Highlights: 1. Overhead crane operation for handling steel coils 2. Continuous communication with checker for direction 3. Accessory replacement with assistance from colleague **Responsibilities:** * Operate overhead crane to unload, move, and load steel coils positioned horizontally (lying down) between storage and truck or railcar beds; use tongs accessory to unload, move, and load steel coils positioned vertically (standing up) between storage and truck or railcar beds; * Replace accessories (tongs, clamps, electromagnets, coil cradles, and chains) with assistance from another floor colleague; * Maintain continuous communication with the checker via radio and visual signals throughout all loading and unloading operations; * Follow checker's instructions for product storage / loading process / moving products between storage and truck or railcar beds / immediately halt operation upon observing any anomaly during task execution or upon instruction from the checker. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * High school diploma; * NR35\-Working at Heights, NR11\-Overhead Crane Operator. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
