As the Brand & Strategy Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring BOLD advances with a clear, integrated, data-driven brand strategy—connecting positioning, consumer insights, portfolio, and communications to guide decisions and drive brand growth. * Leading the development of the brand strategy, ensuring consistency across positioning, consumer behavior, portfolio, communications, and experiences. * Coordinating and integrating Insights, Product, and Design functions—transforming data, trends, and behavioral insights into clear strategic direction for the company. * Identifying strategic opportunities for growth, differentiation, and expansion of BOLD into new audiences, occasions, and territories. * Serving as guardian of brand positioning and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints. * Supporting the team in portfolio decisions, innovation initiatives, and project prioritization. * Developing strategic diagnostics and presentations for leadership. * Connecting and aligning internal teams (Content, Product, Insights, Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, Commercial, and Trade) around a unified brand vision. * Guiding and developing the team to elevate critical thinking, analytical capability, and decision-making skills. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Economics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in a relevant area is a plus. * Solid experience in Branding, Strategic Planning, Marketing, or related areas. * Experience in developing and managing brand positioning, market analysis, and consumer behavior. * Experience leading projects and integrating multidisciplinary teams. * Deep understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and portfolio architecture. * Knowledge of data and insights analysis (market, consumer, performance). * Willingness to work on-site in Divinópolis/MG.
