Job Summary: Extruder Operator responsible for process control, machine cleaning, and quality monitoring to ensure product standards. Key Highlights: 1. "This position is also open to persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals" **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate extruders and other machinery in the department; * Control process parameters (density, water activity, and product moisture); * Perform machine cleaning; * Assemble dies; * Record process information. * Verify performed moisture measurements. * Monitor product output from the machine to ensure standard product conformity. * Monitor Critical Control Point (CCP) 2 in the department as required; * Handle food products; * Perform hygiene procedures on hydrolyzed tanks and aroma injector nozzles; * Employees performing tasks involving work at heights or forklift operation must hold valid NR-certified training and licensing for their respective functions; * Complete cleaning forms (II). * Possess knowledge and training on SOPs and ITs; * Comply with Environmental, Health, Safety, Quality, and Food Safety policies and procedures; * Fulfill all operational controls related to applicable reference standards; * Implement strategic actions focused on socio-environmental aspects relevant to the business, aligned with best practices in Governance, employee well-being, safe and healthy working conditions, respect for the environment, and transparency with stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency with technology (will operate machine control panels); * Shift: 6:30 AM to 4:18 PM, Monday to Friday. **Additional Information** Check out our benefits below: National Unimed Health Insurance (Ward or Private Room); Amil Dental Insurance (Basic, Intermediate, and Executive plans); Meal Voucher or Company Cafeteria; Food Allowance; Scholarship Program (subject to policy and eligibility); Discounts with educational institutions; Pharmacy Benefit; Life Insurance; Christmas Basket; Pregnancy Support Program; Pet Day; Commemorative Gifts; Wellhub/Gympass; Wellz (Mental Health Benefit).
