Soditech is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation. It provides software development services and IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Ensure implementation of provisional and definitive actions to guarantee high-quality production flow when problem complexity exceeds Manufacturing and IVT analysis capacity. Guide the handling of anomalies in internal and external indicators, ensuring identification of failure mode to eradicate the issue. Ensure no impact of manufacturing, supplier, or engineering non-conformities on the end customer. Verify correct application of defined product and process references. Identify failure modes of warranty defects (3MIS) and complex defects identified in SCA. Engage the responsible department (Supplier, Engineering, or Manufacturing) for handling and improvement opportunities. Propose containment measures and definitive actions to resolve identified problems. Forward analyses and actions (POST IT) to those responsible for improvements. Initiate SQP for supplier-related warranty issues. Open or associate GIM for customer-related topics involving suppliers, engineering, or manufacturing. Bachelor's degree required.
