Job Summary: Responsible for providing direct technical customer support for rock blasting services, including blast designs, fragmentation analysis, and seismographic monitoring, with a focus on safety and quality. Training of new employees and quality management Responsible for providing direct technical customer support for open-pit and underground rock blasting services, as well as implementation of blast designs, fragmentation analysis, seismographic monitoring, and technical advisory services to quarries, construction companies, and service providers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and implement blast designs, specifying how explosives will be used to achieve optimal results * Conduct seismographic monitoring to add value to service delivery by presenting customers with monitored vibration levels from detonations and adapting blast designs to comply with standard-established vibration limits. * Perform explosive application, stemming, and detonation, and present the implemented blast design. * Assist in area isolation and define the area to be isolated, ensuring compliance with all safety procedures established by applicable standards. * Perform and master open-pit rock blasting (quarries, trenches, etc.) and underground rock blasting (tunnels). * Perform and master cartridge-based rock blasting (banana dynamite) or pumped emulsion-based rock blasting. * Analyze Boretrack and Quarerman reports regarding drill holes—covering spacing, depth, inclination, and pattern—where applicable, verifying that the blast design is being correctly implemented. * Prepare planned and executed blasting reports and other mandatory documentation required for blasting operations per procedure. * Conduct training for new employees. * Perform detonation using electronic and pyrotechnic initiation systems, and supervise drilling operations. * Support granulometric analysis for fragmentation measurement. * Support VOD (Velocity of Detonation) analysis for measuring explosive detonation velocity. * Manage consumption and inventory control at the magazine, issuing reports for the client. * Manage mandatory training and those linked to the SGQ – Quality Management System, covering control, scheduling, contracting, and execution of training related to customer-requested activities, evidencing execution, and providing documentation and certifications when required. * Conduct quarterly self-assessments of activities linked to SGQ – Quality Management System multipliers. **Requirements and Qualifications** Field of Study:**Related Fields** Minimum Education Level:**Completed Technical Education** Desired Education Level:**Currently Pursuing Higher Education** With over five decades of presence in Brazil, we are Enaex Brasil, a subsidiary of Enaex S.A., a Chilean company with over 100 years of history and part of the Sigdo Koppers Group.
