




Job Summary: Administrative support in HR routines, including benefits processing, employee registration, and electronic time tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Support in processing and controlling benefits 2. Assistance in registering documents and admission records 3. Support in verifying electronic time cards Support in processing and controlling company benefits such as medical plans, food baskets, transportation vouchers, meal allowances, etc. Support in registering employee admission documents in the CTPS (Work and Social Security Record Book), registration forms, payroll records, and electronic time cards. Support in verifying electronic time cards Prepare ID badges, electronic time cards, vacation spreadsheets, and forward them to the respective supervisors Assist with all other departmental routines.
