In this role, your responsibilities will include: * Transforming market, consumer, behavioral, and internal performance data into strategic insights that guide decisions related to brand, portfolio, communication, and innovation. * Monitoring the market, category, and competition to identify consumer trends, behavioral shifts, and cultural movements impacting BOLD’s strategy. * Deeply understanding consumer behavior by identifying patterns, motivations, and barriers. * Analyzing internal performance data (sales, traffic, purchase behavior) and connecting it with market insights. * Building clear diagnostics and strategic narratives that explain causes, effects, and implications. * Developing recommendations that guide decisions related to brand, portfolio, innovation, and communication. * Supporting teams such as Product, Strategy, Content, Influencer Marketing, Commercial, and Trade with actionable insights. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, or related fields. A postgraduate degree or specialization in the area is a plus. * Experience in Market Research, Marketing Intelligence, or Consumer Insights. * Hands-on experience analyzing consumer, behavioral, and business performance data. * Familiarity with data analysis, research, and monitoring tools. * Willingness to work on-site in Divinópolis/MG.
