BOLD Snacks is looking for an Influencer Marketing Analyst to join our team! In this role, your responsibilities will include: * Managing the full lifecycle of influencers and brand ambassadors. * Identifying, mapping, and prospecting profiles aligned with BOLD’s positioning and objectives. * Leading negotiations, approval of fees, deliverables, and content formats. * Monitoring deadlines, deliverables, and influencer performance, ensuring posts meet brand expectations and objectives. * Analyzing campaign results and KPIs, generating reports and improvement recommendations. * Coordinating campaigns involving multiple influencers, ensuring standardization and high-quality deliverables. * Directly managing and nurturing relationships with influencers to strengthen brand affinity and sustained presence. * Monitoring trends and market movements in the influencer space to identify strategic opportunities. * Collaborating with content and digital teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in progress are preferred. * Familiarity with curation, analytics, and management tools (e.g., Tagger, Influency.me, or equivalents). * Experience in negotiation, contracts, and agreement management with influencers. * Ability to analyze performance metrics and interpret KPIs (reach, engagement, CPM, CPA, conversion). * Skill in developing clear briefs, scripts, and content direction. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Availability for on-site work in Divinópolis/MG.
