Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks** * Technical responsible for the development of **Forward Lighting** (headlamp) system components. * Supplier oversight, ensuring compliance with requirements, quality, cost, and schedule. * Critical review of drawings, DFMEAs, PFMEAs, validation plans, and reports. * Multidisciplinary interface: systems engineering, CAE, manufacturing, quality, styling, and procurement. * CAD team support, focused on technical definition — **modeling is not required**. **Technical Requirements** * Proficiency in Siemens NX from an expert perspective (technical interpretation, analysis, GD\&T), without need for modeling. * Experience in plastic part development. * Automotive industry experience. * Engineering degree, preferably Mechanical Engineering. * Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency. **Behavioral Competencies** * Continuous learning mindset. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Organization and clear communication when interfacing with suppliers and internal teams. **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
