Work with Power BI, SQL, DAX, and Power Query **Data Analyst** **About the Role:** We are looking for a Data Analyst to transform data into strategic information that supports corporate decision-making. This professional will be responsible for the full analytical solution development lifecycle—from data collection, processing, and modeling to dashboard and KPI creation in Power BI. **Key Responsibilities** * Collect, consolidate, and process data from various corporate systems. * Develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. * Model databases to support business analysis and KPIs. * Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI. * Create metrics and KPIs using DAX. * Develop queries and transformations using Power Query (M). * Identify inconsistencies and ensure the quality of presented information. * Collaborate with business areas to understand needs and translate requirements into analytical solutions. * Identify trends, opportunities, and deviations through data analysis. * Support digital transformation initiatives by providing strategic information. * Document developed data models, KPIs, and processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Experience developing dashboards in Power BI. * Knowledge of data modeling. * Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation. * Experience with Power Query and the DAX language. * Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. * Ability to communicate effectively with business areas. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases. * Experience with data integration tools. * Knowledge of Python for data analysis. * Familiarity with Data Warehouse and Data Lake concepts. * Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments. * Knowledge of financial, production, logistics, and HR KPIs. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical mindset. * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity. * Critical thinking. * Problem-solving ability. * Strong communication skills. * Teamwork capability. * Results orientation. **Differentiators:** * Experience in Business Intelligence projects. * Experience with Data Governance. * Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs (OEE, Production, PCP, Inventory, Quality, Logistics, and Costs). * Experience building end-to-end analytical solutions—from data preparation to dashboard delivery. **Benefits:** * On-site meals; * Company-provided transportation; * Meal allowance card; * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing bonus. **Working Hours:** Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM **Work Location: Mateus Leme** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$5.500,00 – R$6.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Mateus Leme, MG
