**Position: Architect** **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and manage architectural projects for new constructions, renovations, and adaptations of hospital areas (ICUs, Surgical Centers, Wards, Clinics, etc.). * Ensure all projects are in **full compliance** with ANVISA regulations (RDC 50, RDC 306, etc.), Health Surveillance, and other applicable legislation. * Prepare floor plans, descriptive reports, technical specifications, and detailed budgets. * Coordinate and monitor construction execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Clinical Engineering, Maintenance, Infection Control) to optimize workflow and environmental functionality. **Essential Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Architecture**. * Active registration with the **CAU**. * Solid knowledge of legislation and technical standards for healthcare environments (ANVISA). * Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
