Negotiates deadlines and resources within the organization and with other institutions for projects under your responsibility; 2\. Delivers presentations, lectures, and other knowledge-sharing activities—both inside and outside the organization—on topics specific to your expertise and the projects you participate in; 3\. Acts as an educator, disseminating knowledge related to your field of activity; 4\. Prepares studies, opinions, technical notes, terms of reference, and reports related to the processes you are involved in; 5\. Analyzes data, documents, and information relevant to your area of activity, linking their impacts to the activities under your responsibility; 6\. Plans, implements, monitors, and evaluates results of technical projects under guidance; 7\. Analyzes problems, identifies, and implements technical solutions within your area of activity, following defined methodologies and general guidelines. AUTONOMY: Works under general supervision across several technical processes in the area, exercising autonomy in predefined or structured situations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration; Accounting Sciences; Economics; Production Engineering; Production and Quality Engineering; and/or Marketing.
