Job Summary: We are seeking a Mason to perform masonry work and a Mason's Helper to assist on construction sites and organize materials. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience required for Mason 2. Commitment to work and willingness to learn **Main Responsibilities:** **Mason:** * Perform masonry, plastering, concrete pouring, floor laying, and cladding installation; * Read and interpret blueprints and project plans; * Prepare and organize materials and tools; * Ensure quality and safety during construction execution. **Mason's Helper:** * Assist the mason with daily tasks; * Prepare mortars, concrete, and grouts; * Transport materials and organize the construction site; * Support cleaning and maintenance of the workplace. **Requirements:** **Mason:** * Proven experience in this role. **Mason's Helper:** * No prior experience required; * Willingness to learn and commitment to work are desirable. **Job Information:** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Work Location:** Itaúna - MG * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Up to R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Transportation allowance
