Job Summary: A Product Analyst for Financial Engineering will support budget control, participate in technical studies, and create management reports, interacting with various departments and ensuring KPI achievement. Interact with internal and global teams, including suppliers. **We are hiring: Product Analyst – Financial Engineering (Contagem/MG)** **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the **department’s budget control** and monitor planned vs. actual costs; * Participate in **technical studies** regarding the introduction of new products or modifications to existing ones; * Create and present **management reports** containing indicators and action plans for process improvement; * Organize information in **spreadsheets, SharePoint, and internal systems**; * Interact with internal departments such as **Product Engineering, Finance, and Procurement**, as well as suppliers and service providers; * Ensure achievement of **project KPIs**; * Attend meetings (including in English) and collaborate proactively with global teams. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields); * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)**; * **Intermediate English** (required for meetings and reporting); * Programming knowledge (a plus). **Job Details:** * Location: Contagem/MG * Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days remote) * Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM * Salary Range: R$ 4.500,00 to R$ 6.000,00 * Contract Type: Fixed-term * Position Type: Headcount expansion Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4.000,00 – R$6.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
