Job Summary: Engineering Analyst responsible for planning, providing technical supervision, and controlling the quality of earthwork construction projects, ensuring compliance and adherence to deadlines. Implementation and monitoring of quality control plans We are seeking an Engineering Analyst who will be responsible for planning, providing technical supervision, and controlling the quality of earthwork construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, technical standards, deadlines, and budget. Main Responsibilities: * Analyze earthwork projects (excavations, embankments, drainage, retaining structures) and issue technical opinions. * Prepare and review quantity takeoffs, schedules, and cost estimates for earthwork services. * Monitor field execution: verify levels, profiles, soil volumes, compaction, and installation of drainage devices. * Coordinate and guide field teams and subcontractors regarding construction methods and quality control. * Implement and monitor quality control plans (compaction tests, grain size analysis, etc.) and record non-conformities. * Ensure compliance with environmental and occupational safety regulations during activities. * Provide periodic technical reports for project management (physical progress, deviations, corrective actions). * Support preparation of technical documentation for inspection and stage approvals. * Participate in technical meetings with clients, suppliers, and inspectors.
