




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, owner-minded professional to assist in projects related to process redesign, mapping, automation, and continuous improvement, as well as dashboard development and system integration. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in large-scale end-to-end business process redesign projects 2. Map, model, execute, and automate corporate processes using BPM 3. Develop strategic and tactical performance dashboards **WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:** * Pays attention to detail; * Is proactive and goal-oriented; * Demonstrates ownership mindset and cultivates strong client relationships; * Possesses a sense of urgency and enthusiasm for tackling new challenges. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Assisting in large-scale end\-to\-end business process redesign projects. * Mapping, modeling, executing, and automating corporate processes using BPM methodology. * Assisting in defining control indicators and performance verification metrics for processes. * Assisting in applying problem-solving methodologies and tools (e.g., PDCA) and continuous process improvement practices. * Assisting in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and deviation/anomaly handling protocols. * Assisting in training teams on process mapping methodologies and process automation tools. * Developing strategic and tactical performance dashboards. * Assisting in piloting the BPMS implementation in selected processes and rolling it out across the organization. * Serving as the interface with the BPMS tool support team. * Integrating BPMS with SAP, Salesforce, and Opus Care. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. * Intermediate English proficiency; * Solid understanding of BPM concepts and practical application of BPMS (Business Process Management System); * Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices. * Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, SAP, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
