Assist in inventory control and collaborate on process improvement We are looking for a civil construction technician to join our concrete plant. The ideal candidate should be proactive and eager to learn about concrete production and quality control processes. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor the concrete production process, ensuring adherence to technical specifications; * Perform quality tests on fresh and hardened concrete; * Inspect the plant's operational and regulatory conditions; * Assist in inventory control of materials and supplies; * Participate in quality inspections and collaborate on implementing process improvements; * Prepare technical reports and documentation related to concrete plant activities. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in civil construction, mechatronics, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of concrete technology and laboratory testing; * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office); * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Proven experience as a concrete plant operator (minimum 1 year).
