**Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Perform transportation scheduling and route planning, meeting operational requirements and customer deadlines. * Analyze availability of drivers, vehicles, and equipment, seeking optimal resource utilization. * Assign and dispatch drivers and vehicles for operations, considering capacity, cargo type, routes, and current legislation. * Monitor and adjust schedules in response to unforeseen events or changes in demand. * Identify operational alternatives to meet customer demands, proposing viable and efficient logistics solutions. * Maintain constant communication with drivers, customers, and internal departments to ensure operational alignment. * Control and record operational data in the system, ensuring traceability and compliance with procedures. * Support monitoring of operational metrics and identification of improvement opportunities. **Requirements:** **Education:** * High school diploma (preferably technical or higher education in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields). **Technical Knowledge:** * Experience in route planning and transportation scheduling. * Understanding of traffic regulations, driver working hours, and types of cargo. * Transportation management systems (TMS) and monitoring tools (a plus). * Office suite (intermediate Excel skills are desirable).
