A leading engineering company that places innovation at the core of its strategy, SEGULA Technologies delivers large-scale projects—from research through industrialization to production. **Job Description** Support the unit across all Manufacturing Engineering processes, performing analysis and interpretation of technical drawings; Implementing corrective, preventive, and improvement actions in the process; identifying opportunities for improvement in existing processes; Root cause analysis of non-conforming situations; Preparing and reviewing production-support documents; conducting chronometric analysis; Organizing and maintaining robot programming revisions/backups; assisting production, maintenance, and quality departments in resolving issues within the production process; Evaluating productive capacity and proposing improvements; Defining and developing factory layouts for optimal placement of machines and equipment; Participating in and supporting FMEA meetings; Developing, controlling, and organizing PPAP/VDA engineering documentation. Critical analysis of new products and processes, addressing project requirements (specifications, deadlines, and cost); Monitoring and developing prototypes; overseeing the development of new processes and products. **Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; Experience in tooling and machinery projects for MIG/MAG welding, laser welding, projection welding, and riveting processes; Prior work experience in automotive-sector companies; Experience in developing new projects; Advanced English proficiency.
