**About the Opportunity**
**Location:** Betim \- MG
**Schedule:** 08:00 to 18:00 – Monday to Friday – On-site

**Job Responsibilities**
* Serve as Electronic Board Repair Leader, coordinating the team and the workflow of diagnosis, rework, and testing (SMT/THT).
* Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality, and safety/ESD standards.
* Be responsible for demand prioritization, technical support for critical failures, procedure standardization, team training, and interface with Production.
* Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to eliminate recurring failures.
* Monitor area performance indicators (KPIs).
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in fields related to Electrical Engineering.
* Ability to develop and maintain repair procedures, checklists, and work instructions.
* Basic understanding of departmental management: backlog control, SLA-based prioritization, repair cost, and scrap management.
* Advanced fault diagnosis (short circuits, abnormal current draw, intermittent faults, overheating, noise/ripple)
* SMT/PHT component-level repair and rework (BGA/QFN/LQFP/connectors, MOSFETs, regulators, drivers)
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs
* Proficiency with instruments: multimeter, asymmetric power supply, oscilloscope, LCR meter, and bench tools
* Knowledge of ESD and bench standards (handling, storage, traceability)
* Familiarity with electronic production processes and typical defects (cold solder joints, tombstoning, SMD shorts, broken traces)
