Job Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the entire production team; manage personnel and assign tasks; monitor production progress and ensure target achievement; maintain team quality, safety, and productivity. Working Hours: 2x2 shift schedule with rotating shifts, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
