Carry out recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees. Address HR-related issues with managers and resolve them within established deadlines. Manage training programs at the base. Follow the benefits calendar and submit required purchase information sheets on time. Support employees by answering questions, executing internal marketing initiatives, managing local workplace climate in collaboration with managers, and performing other related tasks. Manage employee personnel files at the base, ensuring they remain updated and well-organized.
