Carry out recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees. Address HR-related issues with managers and resolve them within established deadlines. Manage training programs at the base. Follow the benefits calendar and submit required purchase information sheets on time. Support employees by answering questions, executing internal marketing initiatives, managing local workplace climate in collaboration with managers, and performing other related tasks. Manage employee personnel files at the base, ensuring they remain updated and well-organized. Develop local leadership capabilities in people management topics (e.g., competency-based performance evaluations, feedback sessions, etc.). Design, implement, and promote quality-of-life and internal marketing initiatives to increase employee alignment with company objectives. Administer labor relations through workplace climate surveys, proposing continuous improvements and innovations. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed). Preferred fields: HR Management or Business Administration. Prior HR experience, including involvement in at least two HR subsystems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for area-specific controls and reporting. Valid Brazilian driver’s license, category B. **Additional information:** Compensation package includes base salary + 30% hazard pay; Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM; Work location: Domingos Massa Industrial Park – Jandaia do Sul/PR.
