




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of people management practices, supervising HR routines with a focus on talent development, attraction, and retention. Key Highlights: 1. Talent development and strategic support to leadership. **Responsibilities and Activities:** Ensure the effectiveness of the company's people management practices by strategically and operationally supervising HR routines, with emphasis on people development, talent attraction and retention, organizational culture strengthening, and leadership support. * Supervise the Human Resources team consisting of three employees (a senior HR professional, an HR assistant in training, and an HR assistant/intern). * Manage the company's human resources, fostering a healthy organizational environment aligned with the organization's culture. * Lead and monitor recruitment and selection processes. * Develop and implement training and development initiatives. * Support leadership in team management and conflict resolution. * Serve as a liaison between employees and leadership, promoting dialogue and organizational alignment. Monitor HR routines and interface with the Payroll Department. * Contribute to improvements in people management processes and policies. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology. * Prior experience in Human Resources with generalist responsibilities. * Experience in people management or team leadership. * Experience in Recruitment and Selection, and in Training and Development initiatives. * Knowledge of HR routines and interface with the Payroll Department. **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week Employment Type: Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$5\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
