Job Summary: Refracont is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee industrial electrical maintenance activities, plan maintenance tasks, lead teams, and ensure safety. Supporting improvements in electrical systems Refracont is a company located in Juatuba/MG, specializing in the manufacturing of ceramic fiber blankets, and we are looking for a professional to work as an *Electrical Maintenance Supervisor*. Job Responsibilities: Supervise industrial electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe and continuous equipment operation; plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance; lead and guide the technical team; ensure compliance with safety regulations; support improvements in electrical systems and reduce production downtime. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Ongoing postgraduate studies in related fields (preferred); Minimum 6 months of experience as an electrical maintenance supervisor; Valid NR-10 certification; Knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance and team leadership; Proactivity and commitment; Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18.
