Join us!** We are looking for an experienced **Senior Analyst** with a **background in Electro-Electronics** to work in **Automotive Development** within the Vehicle Platform Modules (VPM) area. This is a high-visibility **Senior** position focused on ensuring the quality and performance of electronic components through test execution and management in a global environment. ### **Main Responsibilities** * **Test Management:** Manage and coordinate activities and deliverables related to **testing of electro-electronic components** under their technical responsibility, acting similarly to a PR (*Project Responsible*). * **Global Alignment (Europe):** Act as the technical focal point, aligning diagnostics, action plans, and engineering solutions directly with development teams in **Europe**. * **Diagnosis and Solution:** Ensure accurate failure diagnosis and collaborate in proposing robust action plans for module validation and optimization. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics/Electrical) or Technical/Technological course with equivalent experience in **Electro-Electronics**. * Solid experience in **Automotive Development** and **electro-electronics** (mandatory). * **Fluent English (Required)** for daily technical communication with international teams. * Excellent communication and activity management skills. **What we offer** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance or fuel voucher; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Childcare assistance; * Maternity and Paternity leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible working hours.
