I have an opportunity for you to directly manage the **chassis component project for prototype vehicles**, within a leading automotive company (Stellantis). Here, you won’t just monitor processes—you’ll be at the core of operations, connecting engineering, suppliers, and critical project deadlines. **Responsibilities and Tasks** * Conduct technical sourcing and supplier coordination, ensuring compliance with engineering requirements, cost targets, and project timelines. * Serve as the technical interface between engineering, suppliers, and support departments, clarifying specifications and mitigating production and delivery risks. * Manage project schedules, plan logistics, and track deliveries to ensure parts availability within established deadlines. * Support supplier development and homologation processes for automotive components. * Perform SAP-related activities, including part registration, purchase order tracking, inventory control, and invoice processing. * Manage import logistics, risk management, and contingency planning. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Production, or related fields) * Knowledge of **automotive chassis components** (suspension, structure, mechanical systems) * Experience in **automotive product development** (preferably prototypes or new programs) * Experience in **technical supplier management (sourcing)** * Experience in **cross-functional interface** (engineering, procurement, logistics, quality) ### **Management and Processes** * Experience in **project schedule management** * Familiarity with **automotive development workflows** (APQP, milestones, validations, etc.) ### **Tools** * Experience with **SAP** (ERD or similar): + Material master data entry + Purchase order follow\-up + Inventory control / Invoice management * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency ### **Language** * Intermediate English (minimum) for technical communication **What We Offer** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Childcare assistance; * Maternity and paternity leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible working hours.
