Ensure technical standards and improve customer experience Handle technical reception of customers by delivering initial support, assessing needs, creating service orders, and providing technical guidance—ensuring high-quality service aligned with manufacturer standards, workshop operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Provide initial technical support to customers at the technical reception. Identify vehicle maintenance, inspection, and repair requirements. Create, monitor, and close service orders with complete and accurate information. Guide customers on services, timelines, estimated costs, and technical procedures. Act as the interface between the customer and the workshop team. Monitor service execution and keep customers informed about progress. Support warranty processes, technical campaigns, and recalls when applicable. Record technical information and service history in management systems. Ensure compliance with technical standards, internal processes, and manufacturer regulations. Contribute to organizing the technical reception area and enhancing customer experience.
