This professional is essential to ensure asset reliability, performance, and service life through preventive and analytical approaches. If you have experience in rotating equipment maintenance, lubrication practices, and enjoy working with technical precision, this opportunity may be for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** Plan, schedule, and optimize the lubrication team’s routines. Periodically review and adjust lubrication plans according to equipment criticality and history. Ensure availability of required consumables, tools, and equipment. Manage intermediate lubricant stock, ensuring proper storage and traceability. Test, select, and specify lubricants compatible with each application and operating condition. Execute and/or guide manual and automatic lubrication activities, ensuring correct methods. Ensure best practices for cleanliness, contamination control, and lubricant handling. Manage the lubricant analysis program (sample collection, shipment, interpretation of reports, and recommendations). Monitor wear and degradation trends to enable preventive action. Record anomalies and generate work orders in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Participate in failure analyses (RCA, 5 Whys, FMEA) with a lubrication focus. Develop and update technical procedures and standards for the area. Propose improvements to automatic systems, lubrication intervals, and contamination control. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of lubrication equipment and environment. Prepare technical reports and monitoring records. Collaborate with PCM, Maintenance, Electrical, Procurement, and Operations teams to align actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical degree in Industrial Mechanics. Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial lubrication. Proven experience in rotating equipment maintenance. Analytical ability, observational skills, and capacity to interpret operating conditions. Knowledge of best lubrication practices and contamination control. Ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
