Direct involvement with customers and operational processes **We are seeking a Logistics Analyst with a focus on extra costs:** If you are analytical, organized, and enjoy working on cost control and customer relationship management, this could be your opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and analyze delivery costs, aiming to reduce extra expenses—especially those related to unloading; * Manage warehouse operational costs, including palletizing and special requests; * Monitor and validate charges for dwell time and redeliveries; * Serve customers through official channels, ensuring responsiveness and service excellence; * Enter unloading payment records into the **SIAT** system; * Directly engage with end customers to resolve improper charges. **What We Seek:** * Experience in collections and customer relationship management; * Knowledge of logistics processes in the transportation sector; * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency; * Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree; * **Availability to work the 2nd shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM** All our opportunities are open to people with disabilities (PwD) and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.
