Participation in compliance projects (ISO 27001, TISAX) and audits **Department:** Information Technology / Infrastructure **Main Responsibilities** \* Serve as the technical point of contact (N2/N3\) for internal/external customers, providing remote and on-site support; \* Manage LAN/WAN networks, virtualization (VMware and Hyper\-V), and hybrid environments (on\-premise \+ Azure); \* Plan and lead infrastructure projects: conception, quotation, implementation, and migration; \* Administer backups and disaster recovery (Backup Exec \+ Azure); \* Monitor and mitigate vulnerabilities across networks, servers, and applications; \* Manage equipment renewals, contracts, warranties, and vendors; \* Develop and present infrastructure KPIs to executive management; \* Participate in compliance projects (ISO 27001, TISAX) and audits; \* Coordinate maintenance of UPS systems, fire suppression systems, and structured cabling; \* Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and ensure data confidentiality; \* Collaborate with local teams and headquarters in Italy to drive continuous improvement. **Mandatory Requirements** \* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, Computer Engineering, or related fields; \* Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration; \* Advanced knowledge of: \* LAN/WAN networking (switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs); \* VMware vSphere/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper\-V virtualization; \* Backup Exec and Azure Backup/Recovery Services; \* Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO) and basic Linux; \* Vulnerability monitoring and security best practices; \* Proven experience in technical leadership of infrastructure projects; \* Advanced/Fluent English (regular interaction with headquarters in Italy); \* Availability for occasional travel, business trips, and on-call shifts. **Preferred Qualifications** \* Certifications such as Microsoft (Azure Administrator, Windows Server), VMware (VCP), ITIL, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or TISAX; \* Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, Azure Monitor); \* Experience with data centers and physical infrastructure (UPS systems, PDUs, structured cabling); \* Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
