General Maintenance Technician (Air Conditioning and Electrical) - (5x2) Betim We are Keepee, a technology startup in facility services. We operate throughout Brazil providing preventive maintenance services in electrical, air conditioning, hydraulic, and civil areas. We are seeking a professional to join the resident technical team at E-keepee, serving an e-commerce client located in Betim-MG, working on a 5x2 schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. The electromechanical technician will perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on electrical and climate control systems. Tasks include inspection, diagnosis, repair, and replacement of electrical and electronic components to ensure full functionality and safety of the installations. **Objective:** Ensure continuous, efficient, and safe operation of electrical and climate control systems, preventing failures and guaranteeing comfort and operational reliability in the serviced facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** Checking and maintaining distribution panels, circuit breakers, cables, outlets, and lighting; Inspecting and measuring voltage, current, and continuity of electrical circuits; Performing tests and measurements using appropriate instruments (multimeter, megohmmeter, clamp meter, among others); Preventive and corrective maintenance on split-type, cassette, and floor-ceiling air conditioning units; Cleaning, filter replacement, pressure checks, and refrigerant gas recharge; Identifying and correcting electrical and mechanical faults in climate control systems; Preparing technical maintenance reports documenting anomalies and improvement recommendations; Complying with safety regulations (NR-10 and NR-35) and best practices in building maintenance. **We offer a market-competitive salary and benefits:** , VT, VR, VA, Dental Plan, and Life Insurance.
