Job Summary: Professional to supervise and coordinate procurement processes, preventive and corrective maintenance of diesel fleets, supply management and team leadership, inventory control, and performance indicators. Focus on improving efficiency and reducing costs Responsibilities: * Supervise procurement, receiving, warehousing, and maintenance (preventive and corrective) processes. * Ensure the supply of materials and supplies required for operations. * Coordinate maintenance and supply teams. * Control inventory and monitor performance indicators. * Utilize ERP systems for process management. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance routines of the fleet. * Distribute work orders and prioritize mechanical interventions. * Ensure proper recording of maintenance activities in the system. * Monitor the execution of tasks by the mechanical team. * Control the use of parts, tools, and maintenance resources. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. * Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules. * Organize technical team shifts and assignments. * Track maintenance indicators (downtime, availability, costs). * Ensure operational availability of the fleet. * Analyze recurring failures and propose technical improvements. * Implement efficiency improvements and maintenance cost reductions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with proven experience in diesel systems and equipment maintenance. Minimum of 3 years in supply chain and diesel maintenance management. Experience with **diesel fleet maintenance (trucks, machinery, equipment).** Working Hours: To be determined.
