




A medical and dental clinic is seeking a Scheduling Center Coordinator in Santo André (Downtown). AmorSaúde - Santo André is a company dedicated to caring for and promoting the health and well-being of the community. It provides high-quality healthcare services, focusing on disease prevention and treatment. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the scheduling team, providing guidance, supervision, and professional development. Organize, monitor, and optimize physicians’, dentists’, and other healthcare professionals’ schedules. Ensure accurate appointment booking, rescheduling, confirmation, and same-day scheduling for consultations, exams, and procedures. Monitor and reduce rates of no-shows, delays, and cancellations. Develop and maintain call center service protocols, scripts, and workflows. Monitor performance indicators (attendance rate, schedule occupancy, productivity). Resolve scheduling conflicts and address patient requests. Ensure patient registration data and information are up-to-date in the system. Support administrative management by aligning scheduling with billing and clinical operations. Collaborate closely with clinic coordination, reception, and clinical support teams.
