




Job Summary: Serve and assist guests in the Bar and Restaurant areas, ensuring organization, hygiene, and food and beverage service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct customer service and assistance in bar and restaurant 2. Organization and sanitation of premises and utensils 3. Preparation and serving of dishes, beverages, and cocktails Serve and assist guests in the Bar and Restaurant areas Serve and assist customers; * Set up and dismantle tables and chairs; * Sanitize utensils and equipment; * Organize dining area, service cart, bar, or counter; * Serve appetizers, main courses, and beverages; * Assist with buffet setup, organization, inspection, and dismantling; * Restock items known as "ménage" (support materials such as salt, pepper, olive oil, etc.); * Clean and prepare tables after customers leave; * Sterilize materials and instruments; * Serve at the bar and prepare beverages and cocktails; * Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations; * Perform other duties within the scope of this position as requested by management.
