Main Responsibilities: * Lead the Supply Chain team, promoting technical and behavioral development of team members; * Manage processes with a focus on operational efficiency, standardization, and results delivery; * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports to support decision-making; * Identify opportunities and lead initiatives for process automation and continuous improvement; * Implement and manage digital procurement platforms, ensuring smooth and controlled acquisition processes; * Ensure compliance of procurement and supply chain operations in alignment with internal policies and governance best practices; * Manage the supply chain with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management; * Use the Protheus (TOTVS) system to execute and monitor departmental activities; * Work according to salary expectations compatible with market standards and the complexity of the role. Desirable Qualifications: * Prior experience as a Supply Chain Coordinator or Team Leader; * Knowledge of compliance, governance, and risk management applied to procurement; * Strategic vision and negotiation skills with suppliers and partners; * Experience in implementing or managing digital procurement platforms; * Familiarity with the Protheus (TOTVS) system is desirable. 2511110202181800099
