Job Summary: Supervise logistics operations, manage teams, ensure inventory replenishment, and prepare and analyze performance and cost reports. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor performance indicators and prepare management reports **Responsibilities:** * Supervise logistics operations for receiving, storage, shipping, and transportation; * Ensure proper inventory replenishment for fulfillment centers to meet marketplace requirements; * Monitor and manage team incentive programs, adjusting targets and rules according to team profile and period objectives; * Prepare and update operational reports, presentations, and documentation; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (e.g., carrier quality, inventory accuracy, inventory turnover, average inventory dwell time); * Prepare procurement, cost, and consumption reports to support management and decision-making. **Requirements:** * Experience in warehousing, inventory control, and shipping processes; * Experience in team management. **Education:** * Completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics; **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance * Meal allowance (R$ 30.00/day) * Gympass **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on-site.
