Monitoring of the leasing process and post-leasing activities Role Summary: The Leasing Sales Representative is responsible for commercial customer service, client prospecting, proposal preparation, and closing equipment leasing contracts. They ensure a positive customer experience by understanding client needs and offering solutions aligned with project requirements, always in accordance with commercial policies and company strategy. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct active prospecting of new clients and maintain relationships with the existing client portfolio. * Identify business opportunities and present available equipment and services for leasing. * Prepare quotations, proposals, and leasing contracts, adhering to company standards and policies. * Negotiate pricing, timelines, and commercial terms within established limits. * Monitor the leasing process from demand initiation through equipment delivery to the client. * Record all interactions and negotiations in the CRM system or internal tools. * Monitor post\-leasing activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunities. * Collaborate with logistics, billing, and workshop departments to ensure proper execution of requests. * Achieve monthly sales targets, performance indicators, and objectives set by the commercial leader.
